Amy is an extremely skilled therapeutic counsellor and EMDR practitioner. I had the privilege to work alongside Amy for 18 months and she stood out as a very approachable and competent therapist who is willing to make time for others even when at her busiest. Amy's strengths show in her EMDR practice and her ability to work with trauma. Amy's knowledge has been both valuable and insightful, she is an exceptional therapist and always keen to grow her own skills and practice. I hope to remain not only a colleague but a friend with Amy.
