BookMe’s Terms of Use for Clients

These Terms apply to your use of the Service and the Website provided by Right Help, Right Now Oy, operating under the brand name BookMe.
BookMe is an online marketplace and matching service that enables you to find certified therapists, certified coaches, or other wellness professionals (below called “Practitioners”) that fit your personal preferences.
BookMe itself does not provide healthcare, therapy, or coaching services. Instead, we provide the technical infrastructure and functionalities that help connect you with Practitioners. Any services you receive are provided directly by the Practitioner you choose. You and the Practitioner are responsible for continuing the connection outside our platform, including booking appointments, attending sessions, and any other matters related to your professional relationship.
When you use BookMe, you will typically:
- Fill in the filter fields and indicate your preferences for the support you require.
- Receive matches with Practitioners that fit your preferences.
- Review information and profiles about matched Practitioners and decide which one(s) to contact.
To provide the Service, BookMe processes personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Some of this data may be considered sensitive. If you have any questions about these Terms, contact us at info@bookme.pro.
1. General
1.1. Right Help, Right Now Oy, Business ID 3512565-5, a limited company registered in Finland (“BookMe”, “we”, “our” or “us”), provides an online marketplace and matching service enabling you to find certified therapists, certified coaches, and wellness practitioners that fit your preferences (the “Service”). The Service is available at our website bookme.pro (the “Website”).
1.2. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) regulate your (“you” or “your”) use of the Service and the Website. If you make an appointment with a Practitioner you find through the Service, your relationship with them will be governed by the agreements you make with them.
1.3. The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older and legally competent. Users under 18 may access the Service with the participation of a parent or legal guardian.
1.4. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that the information you provide is correct, honest, and up to date.
1.5. Right Help, Right Now Oy operates under the brand name BookMe, which is the customer-facing name of the Service.
2. About BookMe and the Service
2.1. BookMe enables you to find Practitioners matching your preferences. For example:
- You complete an online filter with information about your needs and preferences.
- Based on your answers, our system matches you with suitable Practitioners.
- You can choose and contact Practitioners through the Service.
2.2. Use of the Service (the matching functionality) is free of charge.
2.3. BookMe is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by you or by Practitioners.
2.4. While BookMe aims to provide accurate matches, we cannot guarantee that any Practitioner will meet all your needs or expectations.
2.5. BookMe does not guarantee that a Practitioner will agree to provide services to you. Practitioners may discontinue sessions at their discretion, and you may also stop sessions at any time, unless otherwise agreed with the Practitioner.
2.6. BookMe does not provide therapy, coaching, or healthcare services. All sessions, communications, and responsibilities are strictly between you and the Practitioner.
2.7. Practitioners using BookMe are required to upload documentation of their certifications. BookMe conducts a review of uploaded certifications only to confirm that they appear to contain the necessary elements of a valid certification and seem relevant. Practitioners are solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information and documents they provide, as well as for the quality of their services and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, certification requirements, and professional or ethical standards.
2.8. The Practitioner is fully responsible for performing their services in a professional and competent manner. BookMe is not liable for the quality, outcomes, or conduct of the services provided by Practitioners.
2.9. Should a Practitioner discontinue their relationship with BookMe after beginning services with you, the Practitioner remains responsible for handling the relationship in a reasonable and professional manner.
3. Use Requirements
3.1. You may only use the Service for yourself, not on behalf of others.
3.2. BookMe is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a crisis, call your local emergency number (in Finland: 112, in the United Kingdom: 999) or seek immediate help from a doctor or crisis service.
3.3. You agree not to use the Service in any illegal, harmful, or abusive way. BookMe reserves the right to suspend users who misuse the Service.
3.4. You are responsible for preventing unauthorised access to or distribution of the Service.
4. Maintenance and Support
4.1. BookMe provides the most recent available version of the Service at the time of use.
4.2. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and may restrict the Service for maintenance or technical reasons.
4.3. For issues, please contact us at info@bookme.pro. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
4.4. You are responsible for securing your own device with appropriate protections such as antivirus software and a firewall.
5. Modifications and Updates
5.1. BookMe may update and modify the Service or these Terms. We will inform you of changes where required by law.
5.2. You may stop using the Service at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. BookMe or its licensors hold all intellectual property rights to the Service and the Website.
6.2. You may only use the Service as intended. Copying, reproducing or using the Service or its data for commercial purposes without consent is prohibited.
6.3. BookMe may use the data you provide (in anonymised form after your use ends) to improve the Service and for research purposes.
7. Personal Data
BookMe is the controller of your personal data relating to your use of the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Term and Termination
8.1. These Terms apply from the time you start using the Service until you stop.
8.2. Ending your use of the Service does not affect your relationship with any Practitioner, which remains subject to their terms.
8.3. BookMe may amend these Terms. The latest version will always be available on the Website.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1. If any provision is held invalid, the rest of the Terms remain enforceable.
9.2. BookMe’s liability under these Terms is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
11.1. These Terms are governed by Finnish law.
11.2. In case of disputes, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
11.3. You may also use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform.
11.4. Alternatively, disputes may be settled in Finnish public courts.
12. Payments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
12.1. All payments for services booked through BookMe are processed via Stripe. BookMe does not handle payments directly and does not have access to clients’ payment information.
12.2. Payments for services are sent to the Practitioner following the completion of a session. BookMe deducts its service fee or commission from the transaction.
12.3. Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and other payment-related matters are governed by this policy:
- Bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made by a client within 24 hours of the session, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
- Practitioners may cancel a session at any time, including within 24 hours of the scheduled session. In such cases, the client is entitled to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- BookMe is not responsible for disputes, delays, or other issues arising from these financial transactions.
12.4. By using the Service, you agree to comply with the payment, cancellation, and rescheduling policies established by BookMe and the Practitioner, and processed via Stripe.
