Experience

I am a fully qualified and BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with extensive experience working with adults and young people aged 16 and above. I have supported individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, low self-esteem, PTSD, OCD, and anxiety.

My professional journey has led me to work in a variety of settings, including the NHS, the mental health charity Mind, and a local university. In addition to my employed roles, I run my own private practice, where I offer both individual therapy and group-based interventions.
