Bio

I’m a psychotherapist based in London, dedicated to supporting individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and work toward emotional well-being. My work is grounded in compassion, empathy, and the conviction that everyone has the potential for growth and change when provided with the right support.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, or wants to understand themselves better, my goal is to offer a safe and non-judgmental space where they can explore their experiences freely and at their own pace.

My professional journey began in Buenos Aires, where I completed my degree in psychology. Since then, life and work have taken me across continents—to Madrid and eventually to London—shaping both my perspective and my practice. Along the way, I’ve collaborated with various organisations, supported individuals facing a wide range of challenges, and established a private practice where I now work with clients one-on-one and in couples therapy.

I employ an integrative, humanistic approach that also draws on various therapeutic modalities, tailoring them to each client’s specific needs. Some of the methods I use include cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. I view therapy as a collaborative process: my role is not to provide answers, but to help clients make sense of their experiences, discover inner resources, and find new ways to move forward.

A typical first session with me is about getting to know each other, understanding what brings you to therapy, and discussing how we can work together. From there, therapy can be short-term or long-term depending on your goals. For some clients, just a few sessions provide clarity and relief; for others, a more comprehensive process allows for deeper exploration and lasting change. Whatever the length, we work together to ensure the process feels safe, respectful, and empowering.

As someone who has lived and worked in different countries, I’m particularly sensitive to issues of identity, belonging, and cultural diversity. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, ensuring clients can express themselves in the language they feel most comfortable with.

Above all, I aim to help people feel truly heard and supported. I believe therapy offers a unique space where you can step back from daily life, reflect on your experiences, and explore new ways of understanding yourself and your relationships. It’s a space where change becomes possible, not through pressure or judgment, but through genuine connection, curiosity, and care.

Experience

My work in psychotherapy spans several countries and professional settings, giving me a broad and flexible approach to mental health support.

I started my career in Buenos Aires, working with individuals and groups while completing my degree in psychology. This early experience taught me the value of meeting people where they are: understanding not just the challenges they face, but the personal, cultural, and social contexts in which they live.

Later, in Madrid, I further developed my academic and practical training through postgraduate studies in social psychology and collaborations with organisations focused on mental health and well-being. These experiences helped me integrate research-based knowledge with the realities of everyday clinical work.

Since moving to London, I’ve established a private practice where I work with individuals and couples seeking support for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. I also provide clinical supervision for fellow practitioners, offering a reflective and supportive space for their professional growth.

In addition to my private practice, I collaborate with well-being platforms, offering online therapy to clients worldwide. This experience has shown me the power of digital platforms in making therapy accessible to people regardless of location or time zone.

What unites all these roles is my commitment to creating safe, respectful, and empowering spaces where clients can explore their experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward the lives they desire.
