My training as an Integrative/Psychodynamic Therapist has included multiple therapies for myself, which is part of our training, allowing me to know what is required to take that leap of faith to knowing oneself and how to facilitate a relationally deep encounter to identify the personal blind spots, highlight alternative and healing perspectives.
Through the mentoring and training I have received, it has allowed me to connect and work with my clients at a relational level. At a relational depth the client can explore whatever is experienced as most fundamental to their existence.
