Bio

I am a Career & Mental Health Coach with a systemic background, supporting individuals through professional and personal transitions — from initial orientation and re-entry to clear career realignment. My focus is on creating sustainable change that is both professionally and mentally grounded.

In my work, I combine empathy, mindfulness, and a strengths- and resource-based approach with clear structure and goal orientation. I support my clients in finding their own answers, gaining clarity, and making self-determined decisions. I work as an equal partner, with a strong focus on strengthening mental well-being, self-responsibility, and inner stability.

My expertise is built on a combination of coaching, business experience in digital agile work environments, and personal development as a parent: As a career coach, I support women returning to work as well as professionals and leaders navigating phases of transition and reorientation. I also work with leaders and entrepreneurs on topics such as mental health, mindfulness, and self-leadership.

My coaching approach is shaped by my systemic training (ICF-certified), my business background, and my work as a yoga teacher. This combination allows me to support clients in a structured, solution-oriented, and at the same time mindful and holistic way.

I work with people who want to realign their careers, gain clarity, or strengthen their mental well-being — and who are ready to create a path that truly fits them.

Experience

My professional experience combines coaching, business, and organizational development, allowing me to support clients with both practical insight and psychological depth.

As a Career and Mental Health Coach, I have worked with individuals across different career stages — from graduates and returners to experienced professionals and leaders. I support clients in career orientation, re-entry, and repositioning, as well as in topics such as mental well-being, self-confidence, and decision-making. My coaching experience includes both 1:1 sessions and group formats, particularly in programs supporting women returning to the workforce.

In addition, I bring several years of experience in agile environments as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master. I have designed and facilitated workshops and trainings focused on collaboration, self-organization, and team effectiveness. I have supported teams and leaders through transformation processes, helping them navigate change, clarify roles, and strengthen organizational culture.

Prior to my coaching career, I worked as a Senior Product Manager and Product Owner in digital product development. I was responsible for the strategy and execution of digital products, including an international B2B platform. My role involved stakeholder management, roadmap planning, and leading cross-functional teams from discovery to delivery. This background enables me to deeply understand the challenges my clients face in dynamic, fast-paced work environments.

I complement my professional experience with continuous training in systemic coaching (ICF-certified), as well as further education in methods such as Team Coaching, Core Transformation, systemic constellations, and focussing. I also contribute as a volunteer interviewer and host for the ICF Germany podcast, where I engage with diverse coaching perspectives and ongoing developments in the field. My work is further influenced by my training as a yoga teacher, strengthening my focus on mindfulness and mental health.
