Bio

Integrative coach with specialisms in ADHD coaching and trauma informed practice. I work with people who have started to question their belief system, their understanding of themselves, and who may suffer from anxiety and/or depression. I support them to undo the weft and weave of the tapestry of their being, and support them to reweave those strands into a new understanding of themselves, their environment, and how to live their life with more ease and less stress.

The most common feedback I get from my clients is that they are less anxious, kinder to themselves, that life seems easier, and that they are less stressed. They all recognise that they are still on a journey but also that they have taken the first few significant steps.

I often work with people who are either neurodivergent, or who have partners, children, or with managers who have neurodivergent employees. My background is in education, as class teacher, learning support teacher, SENDCo, and as part of the education management team. Between this and coaching I have over 15 years of experience of neurodivergence (and am myself neurodivergent).

I work with individuals, groups, and couples.

A few extra bits of information: I love working with people with additional neurodivergencies such as autism, dyslexia, or dyscalculia I run a group programme for ADHD/non-ADHD couples ADHD UK hosts regular Q&As for me on ADHD/non-ADHD couples and on ADHD for the non-ADHDer I am one of the trainers for the Free2BMe certificate in neuro-affirming practice I write a blog called The Nomadic ADHD Coach on substack I am a digital nomad and travel is my safe space

Experience

After my own ADHD diagnosis and the consequent deep dive into all things ADHD, I decided to become an ADHD coach. I took courses at the ADD Coaching Academy but this did not feel like enough. I started working as a coach but in addition I studied for a postgraduate coaching diploma and somatic trauma informed practice, and am currently studying a masters level trauma informed leadership qualification (accredited by CMI).

I am accredited by the EMCC as senior practitioner and volunteer with them as coaching mentor. I have over 300 hours of coaching experience with ADHDers, non-ADHDers about ADHD, AuDHDers, trauma informed practice, manager coaching about neurodivergence, couples, and groups.

I have regular supervision and keep up with the newest research on ADHD, autism, AuDHD and anything else that sparks my interest.
