I had the great good fortune to be a coaching client of Lars and found him to be an eminent coach, far exceeding my expectations. We covered areas such as prioritization, time and energy management and career development during our time working together and Lars helped me create great clarity in all of those areas. As a coach, he is highly empathetic, structured and excellent at uncovering blind spots and unknown unknowns, which for me personally has been very helpful.
