Review of Chloe Myers

I'm responsible for running a small team of quality people. I provided Chloe with a brief overview of where I think we have opportunities as a team to grow. Chloe came back with a full proposal for how she can help the team. It was really easy to work through a plan for an interactive session. Chloe helped us with three main areas: The importance of setting goals -> she came armed with some simple and easily actionable frameworks to help set a goal and tools to ensure we hit the goal. Providing feedback -> there are good and bad ways to provide feedback. Chloe taught us good ways. Really simple once explained, but she delivered the message with empathy. Understanding the why -> helping us really understand why we do what we do. The whole team loved the session with Chloe. Enjoyable, relatable and actionable.
