I had the privilege of being coached by Elaine during a key project, and her support truly elevated my understanding of project management. She has a very practical and methodical way of sharing knowledge, making complex concepts feel approachable and actionable, and she always provided thoughtful feedback focused on growth. I would highly recommend her for any coaching and mentoring role, she's a great asset to any team!
