Working in nature with horses and with Pia as coach and facilitator has been one of the most powerful and meaningful experiences for me personally – both as a participant and as an assisting coach and facilitator.

Horses offer immediate and unbiased feedback when you engage with them, this builds self-awareness and insight into how to step into your own authentic power of “consensual leadership” rather than enforced hierarchical power. I have witnessed individual leaders and innovation teams transform and elevate their effectiveness, creative genius and impact after a short time with the herd. It’s something you need to experience to truly understand, but the impact of that learning stays with you forever!
