Review of Fedrick William

I met Fedrick 18 months as part of the Digital Shelf Monitoring team, and I couldn't have asked for a more caring teammate. He's great at summarizing discussions and making sure everyone is on the same page thanks to his excellent listening and communication skills, he's also super organized and plans everything out really well. Fedrick started from scratch in the Digital Shelf Monitoring domain but really grew with the product in a very impressive way. He's always honest and transparent, which made working together easy and straightforward. We accomplished a lot together, like onboarding the first official Versuni Digital Shelf Monitoring tool, rolling out trainings and cadences, and transitioning to a new global system. Even when we didn't agree on priorities, Fedrick looked into ways to compromise and work together to get things done. He's a sharer with a lot of Product Owner knowledge, and a very kind team player.
