It was fantastic to work together with Fedrick, who has exceptional expertise in leadership, coaching, motivation. He consistently demonstrated a solid work ethic at Bajaj Finserv Direct. I was always in awe of Fedrick's ability to lead a considerably large team and get people to work together despite having technical or intellectual differences.
