Review of Fedrick William

A coaching author once suggested, "Don't travel alone." And he's right. I was lucky enough to meet Fedrick when I was looking for a new professional challenge. I knew I wanted to make a change, but I wasn't sure if I could make it happen. He actively listens and creates a relaxed and trusting environment so that I could reflect and explore what I was capable of and what path I wanted to take. With just a few questions, he enabled me to move closer to the coaching goal I set at the beginning. In short, my coaching sessions with Fedrick helped me better understand what I want to achieve and what could help me along the way.
