Review of Alicja Finc
I just completed a series of 3 coaching sessions with Alicja with the objective of being able to fall asleep faster. Even though I still have a way to go before I can consider myself a 'good sleeper', Alicja has provided me with an understanding of what is going on and in which ways I can work on it.
She also didn't stick to one single framework (e.g. EFT) but rather showed me different approaches to work on my sleep, ranging from nutrition, mindfulness, daylight exposure and other habits.
Most importantly, Alicja has given me a range of techniques/tricks and taught me how to use them. These techniques have helped me improve my sleep in general as well as made it possible for me to do something about sleeplessness in the moment when it occurs.
I now feel confident to continue putting these learnings into practice and see my sleep further improve gradually over time as the new habits settle in.
