Having gone through a difficult time, I am very grateful to have met Natalia and to have started sessions.

She is an incredible professional whose experience speaks volumes through every session where she guides, offers perspectives, and works on having you develop mental tools to deal with essentially whatever life throws at you.

Even if you don't know if you need therapy or want to process a challenging situation, I can highly endorse her to anyone. Don't hesitate, don't overthink. Just try a couple of sessions and see where it goes. She is remarkably relaxed, and the sessions feel pressureless.
