Review of Natalia Obregón

Natalia is supportive, warm, a great listener and fantastic at what she does.

I have 17 years of front line service for the fire and rescue service, I have been struggling for around 6 years with PSTD in silence following a particular incident.

I consider myself strong and resilient, I never expected to need support. Natalia has made significant progress with me so far, I am halfway through my sessions and I am now confidently stepping into situations which I would have previously avoided.

All my sessions have been via video call, I was unsure if this would work over a face to face meeting but its really convenient and I would actually prefer it now.
