Bio
I am an Integrative Existential Psychotherapist and in the final stages of my Counselling Psychology doctorate degree. My approach is aimed to help clients explore both the everyday struggles and uncertainties of life and to dive deeper into self-awareness, personal responsibility, and authentic living. If you feel like you're stuck at a cross-roads in life, that things keep happening to you and you're not sure why, or maybe you simply feel misunderstood, I would like to help you.
I have special expertise in Neurodivergence and supporting people with a diagnosis of Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD. I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals who feel like they have been hiding their true self most of their life, exhausted from bending to the expectations of others. From a personal perspective, I was late diagnosed neurodivergent and experienced my own struggles with burnout and struggling with feeling inauthentic.
In addition, I am experienced working with clients on relationship issues, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, work related stress, substance misuse, body image issues, family issues.
I have a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach. My aim is to equip my clients with the confidence to gain clarity and live authentically. I am available for both short-term and long-term work.

Experience
I have 12 years experience working in a wide variety of supportive roles for vulnerable people. I have experience working within the NHS supporting people experiencing complex trauma, stigma, and health concerns. I also have experience working within a charity supporting survivors of domestic abuse living in refuges who have experienced trauma. My professional experience also extends to working in a corporate environment for 10 years where I learnt to appreciate the everyday struggles and pressures of professionals in the industry.
Qualifications
PGDip Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy (New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling), Psychology BSc (University of Warwick).
Currently in the final stages of my Doctorate Degree (DCPsych) in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy.
