Bio

Therapy is a journey that develops in a Professional setting promoting safety and confidentiality to email people to discuss and uncover their needs and concerns whereby they are able to start to help themselves feel more in control of their emotions and their relationships. Therapy is like a relationship you have never had with anyone before because it’s a connection of trust built over time that enables you to open up in ways you haven’t to anyone before letting go of fear and judgement. Allowing your vulnerabilities to come forth and learning at a deeper level what and why things have been difficult and challenging for you. You are never alone in this journey and that’s the magical aspect I feel that helps and ultimately brings about change and happiness. If you are contemplating starting this journey then I congratulate you on taking this initiative for yourself and hope to hear from you soon.

Experience

I ran my private practice for over five years alongside working as an EAP counsellor online. I have experienced working abroad in a halfway house supporting people with substance use and bringing both changes that bring about meaning and value to their lives. I continue taking a variety of courses of development and learning to help uncover issues using tools to improve and develop awareness and reflection on my clients to bring about change. My experience has enabled me to work with a diverse number of people from all over the world and meet them at the place that works for them and take it at their pace as every case is different and every person’s needs vary accordingly.

Qualifications

An accredited member of the BACP with over five years experience in therapy. I am also a certified clinical supervisor starting a masters program in clinical psychology to develop my skills further especially in research and development. I have worked with substance abuse as well and developed tools to help people manage their mental and physical health along the way. I work alongside charities to support abused women from all over the world build themselves again and develop hope for a better future for themselves and their families. I work with young people to help motivate and foster their development through their experiences and relationships to reach their full potential in all areas of their lives.
