I'm Sakina Ramzanali, an executive, leadership and career coach with 20+ years of experience operating as a C-suite executive and global GTM leader in high-pressure, high-growth environments. I've been the person navigating the pressures of scaling organisations, making high-stakes decisions, and stepping into roles before I felt fully ready. I've also coached 500+ senior leaders and professionals across Salesforce, Amazon, Google, Accenture and Deloitte to do the same.
What makes my coaching different is the science behind it.
I hold an MSc in Neuroscience and Psychology from King's College London. I don't just coach from frameworks, I coach from a deep understanding of how the brain processes pressure, makes decisions and forms the patterns that either accelerate or limit your performance. Every engagement is built on this foundation.

Over the past 8 years I have coached 500+ senior leaders, executives and career professionals across some of the world's most demanding organisations, including Salesforce, Amazon, Google, Accenture, Deloitte, Analog Devices, Sandvik and Croydon Council. I work with people at inflection points, the promotion that feels overdue, the new role that feels bigger than expected, the career move that keeps getting delayed. I am an ICF Accredited Coach (ACC) and Certified Professional Coach (CPC) with iPEC, and every engagement is grounded in both rigorous methodology and genuine care for the person in front of me.
I have lived everything I coach. I built my career from individual contributor to C-suite, navigating high-stakes transitions across three continents in some of the most competitive sectors in B2B technology. As CRO, CMO and VP at companies including Tidio AI, Eye Security, Tractable AI, Sandvik and Criteo, I led global teams, scaled organisations and made the kind of decisions that keep you up at night. I know what it costs to perform at that level, and I know what it takes to keep advancing without burning out in the process.

They were built over 8 years of coaching real leaders through real transitions, combined with my MSc in Neuroscience and Psychology from King's College London and two decades of lived executive experience. Every tool, every framework, every model I use has been tested, refined and proven in the field. This is not theory. It is a system that works because it was built from the inside out.
