I believe coaching is about finding the spark within you – the things that drive you, light you up, and give you the courage to act. My goal is to provide a safe space for exploring your values, clarifying your goals, and developing the courage to act on what truly matters to you. Whatever you wish to accomplish, I fully believe that you have all the answers within you. As your coach, I'll be beside you, asking thoughtful questions, and helping you uncover the insights and direction you need.
Love, curiosity, leadership, kindness, bravery, and creativity are my top character strengths. I strive to use these in a balanced way to be the best-possible thinking partner for you. My priorities are to be present, listen actively and empathetically, and ask the right type of questions to evoke new insights about yourself and your situations.
Emotional intelligence is at the heart of my work, and my coaching approach is eclectic – meaning I draw from a diverse range of tools and coaching and psychology-based frameworks. This means your coaching program is entirely tailored to you – not dictated by a specific ideology or toolset.
Backed by 20 years experience in marketing, brand, and communications, I started coaching in 2019 when I became the manager of seven talented marketers. In 2024, I decided to fully pursue my passion for coaching.
Clients often come to me when they’re facing change, tough feedback, burnout, or big questions about what’s next. With leaders, founders, and professionals, I provide a reflective space to grow with integrity, lead with clarity, and stay true to yourself. With teams, I co-create journeys that build trust, improve communication, strengthen emotional intelligence, and deliver more value to stakeholders – especially in high-change, multicultural settings. The aim is to help teams shift from reactive to reflective, from siloed to connected, and from confusion to shared purpose. My practice is grounded in presence, compassion, and non‑judgment. A long‑standing mindfulness practice and study of Tibetan Buddhist philosophy inform how I show up: with curiosity, patience, and a commitment to seeing the whole person and the whole system. This helps me create the conditions for psychological safety, deeper self‑awareness, and courageous action – so that insight turns into sustainable change. If you’re looking for a partner who will walk beside you, ask thoughtful questions, and help you uncover the insights and direction you need, please reach out! I’m here to support growth that is both emotionally intelligent and pragmatic: rooted in your values, responsive to your context, and focused on meaningful outcomes for you and those you want to make an impact on.
How I can help you: Life and work can feel overwhelming – whether you’re dealing with stress, burnout, imposter syndrome, big career changes, or team friction. These challenges often show up as self-doubt, unclear communication, or feeling stuck in old patterns. But you don’t have to figure it out alone! Here are some of the things we could work through with coaching:
- Managing stress and emotions in healthy ways.
- Overcoming burnout and finding balance.
- Building confidence and clarity during career or role changes.
- Working through imposter syndrome and self-doubt.
- Setting meaningful goals and staying accountable.
- Making clear decisions about the future.
- Breaking old patterns and creating new habits that support growth.
- Strengthening trust and collaboration in relationships and teams.
- Creating emotional safety and improving communication.
- Managing organizational change while staying true to your values.
- Awareness of how work and communication translate across cultures.
How I work:
- Coaching conversations that help you uncover your own answers and strengths.
- Practical tools and reflective exercises to support clarity and confidence.
- A safe, supportive space for exploration and growth.
The impact I hope to create for you is: more confidence, stronger relationships, and sustainable growth – both personally and professionally.
My ideal clients:
Leaders, Executives, and Founders: Executives, board members, founders, and leaders that want continuous personal development and are looking to be authentic, servant leaders. Whether you're managing change, shaping your leadership identity, or building emotional intelligence, I offer a reflective, supportive space to grow. I especially enjoy working with diverse and inclusive leaders that aren't afraid to challenge the norm, lead with integrity, and be true to themselves as well as others. I welcome newly promoted leaders, especially women and minorities, who might be facing imposter syndrome.
Professionals seeking growth and performance: Not all coaching is about change — sometimes it’s about going deeper where you are. I work with professionals who want to sharpen focus, build confidence, and improve relationships. Whether you’ve received feedback and want to grow from it, are struggling with prioritization or burnout, or simply want to show up more effectively, I offer a supportive and challenging space to reflect, recalibrate, and move forward with intention.
Career changers and pivot-seekers: I work with people managing career pivots, burnout, midlife shifts, and big questions like “What’s next for me?” We’ll uncover your strengths, clarify what matters, and create a roadmap toward work that feels aligned and fulfilling.
Individuals seeking purposeful life change: Maybe you’ve lost your spark or feel like you’ve outgrown your current path. Coaching with me creates space to explore what truly matters, and to begin taking intentional steps toward a more meaningful life.
I have DEIB training, I'm anti-racist, and welcome adults of all ages, abilities, cultures, and genders. LGBTQ+- and ADHD/neurodivergent-friendly.
I’m looking forward to being a part of your growth journey — and for you to be a part of mine!
