With over a decade of experience as a trusted leadership coach and consultant, I support leaders and teams in navigating complexity, building trust, and creating sustainable impact. Drawing on a deep understanding of human behavior, organizational dynamics, and leadership psychology, I help individuals and groups develop the clarity, courage, and resilience needed to lead effectively in today’s fast-changing world.
My approach is grounded, collaborative, and tailored — combining evidence-based methods with sharp insight and honest dialogue. I’ve coached executives, founders, and leadership teams across industries and cultures, from fast-growing start-ups to established international organizations. With more than 2000 hours of coaching, a master’s degree in management, and multiple coaching certifications (including ICF PCC and EMCC Senior Practitioner), I bring both depth and structure to the coaching process.

Experience
I bring over 12 years of experience in leadership coaching and organizational development, working across EMEA and Asia with clients ranging from high-growth start-ups to multinational corporations. With more than 2000 hours of coaching, I’ve supported senior executives, middle managers, and leadership teams in navigating complex challenges and stepping into their full potential. My background includes a Master’s in Management with a focus on performance and leadership, and I hold certifications from both ICF (PCC) and EMCC (Senior Practitioner). I’ve designed and delivered leadership programs, facilitated culture change initiatives, and partnered with leaders in industries such as pharma, tech, finance, and public sector. My experience is both broad and deep — combining strategic insight with a strong relational presence, enabling me to support real transformation at individual, team, and organizational levels.
