Bio

I believe that sometimes life’s challenges can appear overwhelming and trying to make sense of the way forward is just too difficult to contemplate without support. I work with adult, children, young people and families and my aim is to build up a relationship in which you will feel able to talk about what is happening in your life that you’d like to change, then for us to explore the reasons why this is occurring. We can be creatures of habit and feel comfortable with our patterns of how we communicate with each other or how we deal with things, however, it’s the patterns of communication that need to shift to allow for more positive outcomes.

I specialise in empowering people through personalised counselling services. Whether you’re navigating challenges related to disabilities, career choices, mental health, or major life transitions, I’m here to support you. I believe in fostering resilience, enhancing life skills, and guiding you towards a brighter future. Discover how I can help you overcome obstacles and move forward with confidence. I offer a diverse range of individual therapy options tailored to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or personal growth challenges, I’m here to provide support. I also specialise in mindfulness-based approaches, and more, ensuring that you receive the personalised care you deserve. My goal is to help you navigate life’s difficulties and achieve lasting well-being.
