Bio
Maybe you feel stuck, lost, overwhelmed, or quietly detached from life — you are not alone. You might be carrying grief, old pain, or a constant sense that you’re not sure who you are anymore. And yet… some part of you still hopes for more. I see that part.
You might be navigating questions of identity, belonging, or holding long-unspoken wounds. You might also be exploring your own sense of meaning or spirituality, in whatever form that takes for you.
I am a trauma-informed counsellor with an international background, currently based in Italy. I offer a calm, creative space where you do not have to explain everything perfectly. Whether you have lived across cultures or feel like you are in transition, this can be a space where your full story is welcomed.
Over time, clients often say they feel more hopeful, more confident in themselves, and more empowered to navigate life in their own way. They begin to learn who they really are — and start to imagine where they might go next. The change may be gentle, but it is deeply real. If something in you resonates with this, I would love to hear from you. You are welcome just as you are.
