Welcome! I’m Delfina Krause—an ICF Certified Coach and licensed psychologist with a strong focus on supporting career-driven individuals, expats, multicultural couples, and anyone navigating life transitions or seeking meaningful change.
Having personally experienced major life changes from a young age, I understand the emotional and practical challenges of starting over. My cross-cultural background and professional training allow me to support clients as they reconnect with purpose, move through uncertainty, and create lives that feel truly aligned with their values.
My coaching is grounded in an integrative, whole-person approach. While many clients arrive with career-related concerns, our relationship with work often reflects deeper behavioral patterns—frequently shaped by unhelpful beliefs or coping strategies learned earlier in life. I hold space for these insights to emerge, so we can address both the surface challenges and the roots beneath them, fostering growth that is both meaningful and sustainable.

Experience
With over a decade of experience in Human Resources across three continents—Europe, the U.S., and Latin America—I’ve worked in fast-paced, multinational environments and culturally diverse contexts. My focus has been on designing and implementing strategic people development initiatives that help individuals grow and thrive in their careers.
Alongside my corporate work, I have been providing coaching for nearly eight years, supporting clients through career transitions, leadership challenges, and personal development. Before entering the corporate world, I worked as a clinical psychologist in Argentina, my home country. There, I gained experience in both public mental health settings and private practice, where I developed core therapeutic skills such as active listening, deep empathy, and psychological insight.
These dual paths in psychology and business have equipped me with a unique, integrative lens to support both personal and professional transformation.
