I invite individuals to embrace their contradictions, challenge their own narratives, and step into the fullness of their own power, one courageous choice at a time. With a multi-modal approach that blends poetry and art, NLP and Somatic techniques with traditional coaching methods along with AI to create something unique and personal operating on the three different levels for maximum integration - Head, Heart and Body. Right and Left brain in sync to move you forward. Together we slow down enough to hear what’s true in your body, then build a clear, grounded plan you can actually live with. I don't do fluff, nor performance and allergic to generic advise. I help you hear yourself again with honest, rooted change that holds in real life. I have a passion for uncovering the hidden layers of human experience, whether through education, psychology, or personal exploration. With over two decades of experience in corporate learning and development, she has built a career at the intersection of business, behavioral science, and storytelling. A former product manager and customer success leader, she has worked with global enterprises, helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential through strategic learning and coaching.
Beyond the corporate world, I am is a keen observer of human nature, driven by an insatiable curiosity about identity, relationships, and personal transformation. My writing delves into the complexities of self-discovery, sensuality and sexuality, and the intricate dance between knowledge and freedom. I explore what it means to step beyond societal expectations and reclaim one’s true self.
In my own journey - from navigating imposter syndrome and perfectionism to embracing creativity and autonomy, I mirror the themes of my work. When I am not writing or coaching, you’ll find me immersed in motherhood, in rituals, dancing, creating or exploring the world.
A background in psychology and anthropology equips me with deep insight into human behaviour, identity, and cultural conditioning. Key to guiding transformative personal growth. My expertise in communication science enhances my ability to connect, listen, and articulate complex emotions, while education and religious studies provide a holistic, ethical, and inclusive approach to coaching. This unique blend allows me to help clients break limiting patterns, build self-awareness, and navigate change with clarity and confidence
As for my experience: I spent twenty years inside big, fast-moving organisations turning strategy into behaviour. Think: taking a new platform to 130,000 people, securing a mid–six-figure enterprise learning deal, and steadying teams through change when the wheels felt wobbly. My lane was people and culture: shaping rituals, decision-making and story so the poster on the wall matched what happened on a Tuesday afternoon. I partnered with directors and the C-suite through restructures, rebrands and adoption at scale.
Now I coach the humans behind the targets. Founders, senior leaders and high performers sitting in the in-between. We work with the nervous system first, then narrative, then movement: regulate, tell the truth, take the next clean step. Practical, humane, with no drama. You will walk away a different person. And it is the kind of work that shows up in culture and the P&L.
