Amaranatho Maurice Robey - Leadership and Coaching Supervisor
Bio
Welcome
I work with senior leaders, coaches, supervisors and teams to deepen their reflective capacity and uncover hidden strengths and patterns by embracing presence, the courage to pause, the wisdom of not knowing, and leading from what matters most.
Through this approach, we unlock exceptional business results while creating the conditions for truly transformational coaching and supervision that serves both the individual and the wider system. I help leaders align their work with their life's true purpose—enhancing their effectiveness as global stewards committed to evolving leadership culture in organizations and society.
Together, we build workplaces where leadership emerges at every level and people tap into their wisdom and creativity in service of something greater than individual achievement.
I am an experienced and accredited coaching supervisor and senior practitioner of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I bring a unique blend of life experiences and spiritual insights to the people that I work with. As a former Buddhist of 15 years, I have a deep understanding of contemplation and have spent long periods alone exploring the deeper questions in life. Drawing on my experiences as a former Buddhist monk and world explorer, I bring a deep understanding of solitude and uncertainty to my clients, helping them realise inner peace and clarity. I have background in technical support management and a degree in AI.
