I’m a double certified Burnout Awareness Coach currently completing my Master’s in Psychology. My work is grounded in evidence‑based practices, emotional awareness, and a deep understanding of how stress, identity, and personal habits shape our wellbeing. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, rebuild balance, and create sustainable, self‑aligned lives.
In my coaching, I focus on supporting clients through burnout recovery, stress management, boundary‑setting, mindset reframing, and nervous system regulation.
