Peta is a PCC-certified coach, person-centred, intuitive, with advanced certifications in Holistic Wellbeing, Stress Management, Somatic Embodiment & Communication Skills. She specialises in helping clients find clarity and confidence in both their personal & professional lives, by attuning to the body, breath & mind, as well as offering empowering communication techniques to help clients show up with impact & influence.
With over 12 years' experience working across multinational organisations, Peta partners with clients to help them rediscover their sense of self, cultivate balance and live with a greater sense of ease and authenticity.
Peta is also a trained actor and voice over artist, with credits at The National Theatre, Netflix, BBC and Amazon Prime. She uses her experience and expertise in this industry to prepare clients for high-stakes speaking engagements, workplace communication, presentations and pitches.
