With more than a decade of experience as a trusted leadership coach and consultant, I support leaders who stand in the pressure between high expectations, rapid change and complex realities. Many describe scattered focus, relationships that lose strength and decisions made without the clarity they need. My work removes this noise, rebuilds trust and gives leaders the space to act with intention and confidence.
I draw on a deep understanding of human behavior, organizational dynamics and leadership psychology to help leaders and teams create stability, direction and honest collaboration. This gives them clearer priorities, stronger relationships and a steadier hand when things become demanding. It leads to better decisions and cultures that work in practice, not just on paper.

I have supported executives, founders and leadership teams across sectors and cultures, from fast growing companies to established international organizations. With more than 2000 coaching hours, a master’s degree in management and several well recognized certifications, I bring both depth and structure to every coaching process.

I bring more than twelve years of experience in leadership coaching and organizational development, working across EMEA and Asia with clients ranging from fast growing start ups to global corporations. I have supported senior executives, middle managers and leadership teams through more than 2000 coaching hours, helping them navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration and step into their full leadership capacity.
My background includes a Master’s in Management with a focus on performance and leadership, as well as professional certifications at ICF PCC level and EMCC Senior Practitioner level. I have designed and delivered leadership programs, guided culture development efforts and partnered with leaders in sectors such as pharma, technology, finance and public services.
My experience combines strategic insight with a strong relational approach. This blend enables me to support meaningful transformation at individual, team and organizational levels, with a focus on practical growth that holds over time.
