Experience
I am an experienced coach, mentor, and leadership training facilitator with over 22 years in retail, e-commerce, and procurement, including founding and managing my own businesses in music retail and education services.
Currently, I am an Associate Director at an international consultancy, where I deliver 1:1 coaching and leadership training, including our ‘Coaching Excellence Programme’, which has supported over 6,000 Google managers globally. I work with clients ranging from SMEs to corporate companies, including Google, Centrica, LinkedIn, Vodafone, YouTube, and Dr Martens.
I specialise in coaching neurodivergent leaders, helping those with ADHD, ASD, and other neurodivergent traits leverage their strengths, develop strategies that work for them, and build confidence in their leadership roles. I hold certifications in NLP Coaching, Neurodiversity in Coaching and Mentoring (LSBA), Coaching with Neurodivergent Individuals (Oxford Brookes), and I am currently undertaking an enhanced Executive Function Coaching accreditation with CiM. As a Member of the Association for Coaching (MAC), I engage in ongoing CPD to stay at the forefront of coaching and neurodiversity research.
