With over 30 years of rich and varied experience in the field of IT support, Patrick has had the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of sectors and industries, including education, manufacturing, mining, finance, hospitality, marketing, and even non-profit and community services. His extensive career journey spans from small, family-run "mum and pop" shops to significant global enterprises, offering him a profound understanding of the diverse work environments and unique challenges that people face as they navigate both their professional and personal lives.

A lifelong learner, he has added a Master of Counselling to his learning portfolio. He is wholeheartedly dedicated to helping individuals find effective solutions that resonate with their specific needs. His remarkable ability to distil complex problems into manageable steps, coupled with his warm and approachable demeanor, ensures that clients feel genuinely supported and understood in every session they attend.
