Bio

Sometimes when we feel stuck — in work, leadership, or life — it’s not a sign of failure, but an invitation to pause, reflect, and realign with what truly matters. Coaching offers the space to step back, see things differently, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I work with a whole range of people who are looking for change. Anyone who has something that matters that they want to shift. I have worked with leaders, founders, and professionals who want to think clearly, act with confidence, and move forward with purpose. Many are:

-Stepping into new roles and wanting to accelerate their transition -Leading through uncertainty or organisational change -Balancing strategic priorities with people leadership -Turning new ideas or ventures into reality -Seeking space to reflect, refocus, and reignite their energy -Building the leadership and culture needed for their teams to thrive

As your coach, I provide a calm, supportive, and challenging space where you can:

-Explore what’s really going on for you -Focus on what truly matters -Work with your strengths -Find clarity amid complexity -Turn insight into action and momentum

You’ll gain new perspectives that help you think, feel, speak, and act in ways that move you toward the future you want — creating workable actions, expanding systems and strategy, and enabling you to lead with clarity and impact.

My approach blends evidence-based methods — including Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Gestalt, Systems Coaching, and Positive Psychology — with creativity, empathy, and real-world leadership experience.

Clients describe me as calm, compassionate, and insightful — a trusted thinking partner who brings focus, challenge, and energy to every conversation.

I believe in you — and I believe the future you want can happen. Coaching is the space where we make that possible, together.

Experience

I bring over twenty years of leadership experience including roles as Co-CEO, Deputy CEO, and Director in national organisations. Throughout my career, I’ve led strategy, operations, and culture change — supporting teams to stay focused, motivated, and connected to purpose, even in complex and uncertain times.

Before becoming a full-time coach, I spent much of my career helping mission-driven organisations design and deliver impact through social innovation. These experiences taught me how people and systems grow best: when there’s space for reflection, trust, and courage to experiment.

Now, I work with senior leaders, founders, and emerging change-makers across sectors — from charities, entrepreneurs and purpose-driven businesses. My coaching combines strategic insight with psychological depth, helping clients move from reflection to action, and from intention to impact. My super power is spotting strengths and igniting possibilities for change and supporting others to overcome the blocks that get in their way.

I hold a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching and a PGCert in Coaching for Behaviour Change from Henley Business School, and I’m a Senior Practitioner Accredited Coach with EMCC Global. I also undertake regular supervision and continuous professional development to ensure my practice remains grounded, ethical, and evidence-based.
