I am an ICF PCC certified coach, EMCC Senior Practitioner, and Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC) with a background that combines leadership experience, organisational development, and deep work with human change processes.
For more than 15 years, I have supported professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and high-functioning individuals navigating stress, emotional pressure, overwhelm, difficult transitions, and complex professional or personal situations. My clients are often highly capable people who continue to perform outwardly while internally struggling with chronic tension, overthinking, emotional exhaustion, or a growing sense of disconnection from themselves.
Before focusing fully on coaching and psychotherapy, I held senior management positions in HR, change management, IT, and quality management in international business environments, including public transportation, software development, and telecommunications. Several of these roles included strategic and operational responsibility as part of management teams. This background allows me to understand both the emotional and organisational realities of demanding professional environments.
My coaching approach combines calm presence, analytical clarity, emotional depth, and practical orientation. I work in a structured and thoughtful way while integrating nervous system-informed and trauma-informed perspectives where appropriate. Clients often appreciate that my work is both psychologically informed and grounded in real-world leadership and organisational experience.
