English I am accredited with the BACP in the United Kingdom with 9 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Tengo experiencia ayudando a clientes con estrés, ansiedad, trauma, abuso, duelo, pérdida y depresión. También tengo experiencia en afrontar cambios vitales. Trabajo con mis clientes para crear un ambiente abierto y seguro donde puedan compartir sus pensamientos y sentimientos sin temor a ser juzgados. Experience

I have worked with CSA, abuse and domestic violence within a charitable organisation for nine years. The therapy was long term and I could work with client for up to two years. I currently supervise groups of therapists within this organisation.

I worked for a bereavement charity for over five years, mostly with adults but the last year or so with children and young adults. The therapy work was short term of between six and ten sessions.

I have also worked and continue to work with IAPT (NHS) clients. I trained and work as a Person Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression therapist, which allows up to twenty sessions. I also work as an integrative therapist dealing with what the client brings as my work tends to be Person Centred mainly.

Within IAPT I am also working with veterans as a counsellor, which includes PTSD and understanding what might be going for them, as well as, returning to civilian life and what this means to and for them.
