Bio
With twenty years of international experience and an accredited Senior Practitioner Coach, I specialise in supporting people through moments of transition, growth, and change. My coaching practice is built on the belief that everyone has the capacity to flourish when given the right space to pause, reflect, and align with what matters most.
Before becoming a coach, I spent my career in the humanitarian and non-profit sector, leading teams through high-pressure, complex environments across the globe. From emergency response operations to long-term organisational development, I learned the importance of resilience, clarity, and values-based leadership. These experiences now inform my coaching approach: practical, empathetic, and always grounded in helping clients find clarity and confidence, especially in uncertainty.
I work with individuals who want to navigate career transitions, strengthen their leadership, or connect more deeply to their purpose. My style blends deep listening, thoughtful challenge, and tools that bring both insight and action. Clients often describe me as a coach who brings warmth, honesty, and strategic perspective, helping them to move from feeling stuck to flourishing with renewed focus. Experience
Together with the charity sector experience, I bring 9 years of coaching and mentoring practice. Accredited as a Senior Practitioner Coach (EMCC), I work with individuals to navigate career transitions, strengthen leadership, and align with purpose. My clients include managers and leaders not only from the charity sector but also across public and private organisations.
Alongside my coaching practice, I manage a range of coaching and mentoring delivery programmes, oversee a postgraduate course in coaching and mentoring, and teach foundation-level coaching skills. My background leading large-scale operations in complex global environments gives me unique insight, which I combine with deep empathy and reflective practice to help clients flourish with clarity, confidence, and impact.
Qualifications
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive and Business Coaching (Leeds Beckett University, 2022–2023) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring for Leadership (Leeds Beckett University, 2019–2020). I am an accredited Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and an active member of the EMCC professional community, reflecting my commitment to high standards of practice and ongoing professional development.
