Jill Furby - Integrative Existential Therapist
Bio
YOU ARE NOT ALONE ON THIS JOURNEY
Hi, I’m Jill. If you have taken the step to click on my profile, you might be struggling with how you're feeling day to day, or how life feels overall. We all have times when things can feel overwhelming and it takes courage to reach out for help.
I am an integrative existential therapist which means that I draw from multiple therapeutic theories as well as existential philosophy to inform my practice. You may be feeling stress at work. Or you may be feeling stuck and that you are lacking meaning and purpose in your life. This may be causing depression, anxiety or perhaps a feeling of things not being quite right. You may feel lost, lonely or isolated. You may suffer from low self-esteem and wonder if it’s possible to feel better. And you might wonder if shadows from your past are weighing you down.
If any of this resonates, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you. You’re welcome to get in touch to book a free online consultation.
