Bio
My meaningful purpose in [my whole] life is to help people strengthen their ability to lead and live a full life fruitfully and successfully through their change encounter. I offer 1-to-1- coaching across all sectors, with the Insurance Sector a niche area for Corporate Fractional work.
For example: some people need a survival strategy to help cope, or they want to be better Leaders, or improve in their current role, or deal with imposter syndrome after a promotion, or they are encountering a faltering business or relationship where it is difficult to keep calm, or are looking to settle in well to a new job after an unhappy previous one, or their career has been disappointing, or is unfulfilling, or stuck in a rut, or they need to develop positive habits, or (re)build their confidence, or loving the work but in the wrong environment, or needing support in the job hunt, or simply making a decision that is right for them.

My Unitive trained Coaching, which has evolved into the Tri-unitive Approach, attends to the whole person, where the integrity of the whole is greater than the sum of the individual parts of physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. PRISM Brain MappingĀ®: A revolutionary way of identifying peopleās behaviour preferences. PRISM approaches human behaviour from the perspective of neuroscience, rather than psychological theory. This exciting online tool takes advantage of some of the most up-to-date neuroscience discoveries to provide users with a series of āmapsā which are representations of how they prefer to respond to the world around them. Each āmapā is a picture of the user as a unique individual. At the root of PRISM is the basic fact that all human behaviour is brain driven.

My Lived Experience for you ⢠40+ years leading & managing Clients and People in Specialty Insurance, Risk & Change (Insurance Broking, Underwriting & Consultancy and Business Improvement); a Client Director with outstanding record in Client Relationships (Development and Management). Now a CII Connect Mentor. ⢠Business Development & Operations: āOpening Doorsā, building relationships of enduring value internally and externally to grow Clients/Sponsors/Lead Donors/Members and revenues profitably. ⢠Previous Trustee/NED of major Charity, SCOPE (Co-opted) including Fundraising & Marketing /Finance & Audit subcommittees. ⢠Major projects; implementing from scratch Best Practice & ISO9001 & Business Improvement. ⢠Change projects: Inclusive Leader encouraging people to adapt successfully under the precepts and principles of āWho is my neighbour?ā a fast-re-emerging, compassionate alternative to EDI/D&I. ⢠EDS: having a dyslexically functioning brain that brings with it a gift of ālateral insightā; also belonging to the only minority group in the UK that is deliberately and institutionally discriminated by Laws and Acts of Parliament. Regarded at the time as an avant-garde Chairman, who could see the future value of change, bringing Ladies & Lordās Taverners to work together (rather than separately) and other innovations. ⢠Catastrophic PLC Governance: failure in Board Governance of LEP Group; a Personal Investor-Stakeholder (non-director) with a significant family minority shareholding. Initiated urgent liaison with NEDs/C-suite major shareholders/Lending Banks setting out a 3-point proposal for a Corporate Rescue to save 12,00 jobs, regardless of the personal financial and irretrievable loss to myself. ⢠Because of the LEP Group, I keep up to speed on Board Governance (regularly updated from Cadbury to ESG, Sustainability and Charities Trusteeship) ⢠MCC Presidentās Members Liaison Working Group (MLWG) 2000; I listened to just under 1,400 members, providing guidance to MLWG on advising MCC Committee on important cultural, structural and operational changes required for 21st Century.
My Interests (the Rest & Play of my Whole Life) MCC, playing Real Tennis; Life Member of the Lordās Taverners; Extra Ordinary Minister of the Eucharist; previous Lourdes Pilgrimage Leader. Observationist on LinkedIn. Accidental Farmer for the preservation Red Squirrels. Specialist on Marie Walker-Last (1918-2018) paintings. Fly-fishing. BA Hons (History of Art, UEA) that taught me the love of learning, feeding my curiosity and observing. Downside (1971 -76) forming the āBenedictineā ethos and foundation to my life and faith in Body, Soul & Spirit and my meaningful purpose.ā
