Giedrė Norkūnė, PCC
Self-Leadership & Transformation Coach | ICF PCC
Sometimes we know that something needs to change, but we don’t yet know what exactly — or where to begin.
This is where coaching can create space to pause, listen to yourself, and see what may have been difficult to see on your own.
I’m Giedrė, an ICF PCC coach with an MBA and 11 years of experience in facilitation and personal development. I work with leaders, professionals and business owners who want to better understand themselves, make meaningful changes and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My approach is warm, honest and deeply human. I don’t believe in giving people ready-made answers. Instead, I create a space where you can slow down, ask yourself the questions that matter, and find your own answers.
We may explore your career, leadership, relationships, communication, personal growth or the beliefs that quietly shape your choices.
Because meaningful change rarely starts with “What should I do?”
It often starts with a much more important question:
“What do I really want?”
If you feel that it’s time to listen to yourself more closely, I’d be glad to meet you there.
My professional experience combines coaching, leadership development, adult education, facilitation, business and entrepreneurship.
Over the past 11+ years, I have worked in adult learning and development, designing and delivering workshops, training programmes and experiential learning experiences for diverse audiences. My work has included leadership development, communication, personal effectiveness, professional growth and other people-development topics, both in organisational and individual settings.
My coaching practice has developed alongside this broader professional background, allowing me to work with clients at different stages of their careers and lives — from professionals considering their next career step to experienced leaders and business owners facing increased responsibility, organisational change or more complex personal and professional challenges.
I have worked with clients and participants from 25 countries and across different professional and cultural environments. This international experience has given me an understanding of the different expectations, working cultures and perspectives that can influence people's professional lives and leadership.
My corporate experience has provided a strong understanding of organisational environments and the realities of professional life: performance expectations, leadership responsibilities, team dynamics, career decisions, change and the challenges of balancing business priorities with the human side of work.
I have also developed and led my own educational and entrepreneurial initiatives. This experience has involved creating concepts and learning products, developing educational content, facilitating programmes and taking responsibility for projects from idea to implementation.
My professional interests have increasingly centred on the connection between personal development and leadership. I am particularly interested in how self-awareness, beliefs, emotional patterns, communication and personal responsibility influence the way people work, lead and make decisions.
My academic background in business administration, combined with extensive practical experience in learning and development, coaching and facilitation, allows me to approach people-development topics from both a human and organisational perspective.
I continue to invest in professional development and regularly expand my knowledge and toolkit through coaching education, leadership development and evidence-informed personal development approaches.
My professional experience has taught me that development is rarely linear. People may have extensive knowledge, experience and expertise and still reach moments when they need a different perspective, a thoughtful conversation or space to reconsider what comes next. Creating that space has become a central part of my professional work.
