Bio

I’m Ewa a life and leadership coach with a background in social work and psychology, and more than 20 years of experience supporting people through change. My career has taken me from Poland to the United States, Norway, and now Denmark, and each step has deepened my belief that growth happens when we feel truly seen, safe, and connected to ourselves.

My own journey as a professional, a woman, and a mother has taught me how powerful it is to pause, reflect, and listen to the inner voice that so often gets drowned out by doubt, pressure, or expectations. That’s why I coach: to create a space where others can reconnect with their values and strengths, trust themselves, and move forward authentically in life and work.

Experience

With over 20 years of experience in counseling and coaching, I’ve worked across Poland, Norway, the United States, and Denmark. This international journey has shaped my perspective and deepened my commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in all my work.

I help clients uncover the invisible barriers and beliefs that hold them back or slow them down. I create a safe and reflective space where you can reconnect with your values, purpose, and presence. From here, we focus on taking action, making your voice count, and living a brilliant, imperfect but truly your own life.

My coaching supports people navigating self-doubt, major life or career transitions, and the aftermath of toxic or unhealthy dynamics in relationships or workplaces. Together, we create clarity, strengthen self-trust, and cultivate the confidence to lead from within — authentically, courageously, and on your own terms.

Qualifications

I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts from Warsaw University. I am an ICF-certified coach with a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School. My training also includes certification in Women-Centered Coaching, Positive Psychology and Mental Fitness (PQ), and Response-Based Practice. Over the years, I have further expanded my practice with studies in narrative, gestalt, and systemic coaching approaches. Combined with more than 20 years of counseling and psychosocial support experience, this gives me a solid and diverse foundation to support clients with both depth and breadth.

I came to you during a very difficult time. I couldn’t see a future for myself and felt stuck in a frustrating job, feeling helpless. My identity had become tied solely to paper- the one product I’d been handling for years, and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. After our sessions, I gained a new understanding of myself: I am a skilled manager with broad knowledge that I can apply across various industries. I now feel ready to change jobs without fear and am open to new opportunities. I’ve also learned how to navigate the challenging environment in my current role in a way that helps me develop my skills. I’m now able to control my emotions, understand my circle of influence, and apply a leadership style that works. My time management and communication skills have improved significantly. I’ve learned to focus on what I can control, rather than getting frustrated by what I can’t—something that felt impossible just a few months ago. Through this process, I’ve reconnected with myself. Thank you.

Together with Ewa we went on a journey where I felt I am fully supported as a client. I really appreciate her patience and insightful attitude as a coach. She has managed to show me alternative ways to look at my professional career paths but also life in general. Ewa is gentle and patient and she challenged me in a respectful way, where I did not feel she is putting her own ideas in my head.

Working with Ewa has been instrumental in me setting my future career path and deciding on the kind of leader I want to be. She is a passionate supporter of professional women who deeply understands the struggles of navigating work and family life. She draws on rich experiences of working with women across many settings into her work. Right from the first session this helped me to trust her and feel at ease. Ewa provides the perfect balance of support and challenge as a coach. She knows exactly when to shift between the two to get the best out of each session. I started my journey with Ewa with clear goals. But through her skilled questioning and insightful observations we drilled down into the underpinning issues and came up with a whole new set of much more relevant goals for me to work on. I have learnt a lot about myself through the coaching process and have a better understanding of my core values, both in the workplace and outside. Thank you so much Ewa, I’m leaving our six months together full of hope and inspiration to keep developing myself and my career.

I came to our coaching sessions feeling lost and unsure about my direction in life. However, working with Ewa has been truly transformative. Through thoughtful and insightful questioning, she helped me identify what is holding me back and focus on what is important. Every session with Ewa is bringing some new insight, she helps me to understand myself better and I got more out of it than my therapy sessions. I feel more empowered and positive about my future. My coaching experience has been invaluable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking guidance and support in navigating life's challenges.
