Dr Tim Hardie is a HCPC-registered practitioner psychologist offering tailored and supportive counselling for adults seeking greater wellbeing, clarity, and confidence in everyday life. Tim specialises in helping people understand themselves better, overcome challenges, and build practical skills to perform at their best—whether at work, in relationships, or during times of personal transition.
With a warm, collaborative approach drawing on evidence-based therapies, Tim works with issues such as stress, anxiety, confidence, resilience, and life changes. He is particularly passionate about helping clients unlock their strengths and navigate pressures with more self-awareness and purpose, supporting personal growth in every area of life.

Dr Tim Hardie is a HCPC-registered and BPS Chartered psychologist with over five years of experience supporting adults and young people to improve wellbeing, clarity, and performance in all areas of life. Tim has worked extensively across performance environments including professional sport and business, as well as general counselling settings.
Specialising in stress, confidence, resilience, and personal growth, Tim combines evidence-based therapies with a warm, person-centred approach.
