Welcome to my profile! I’m Delfina Krause, a Psychologist, Psychotherapist and ICF Certified Coach with a lot of experience supporting people seeking a meaningful change.

Having emigrated twice and transitioned careers, I understand the emotional and practical challenges of starting over. My cross-cultural background and professional training as a psychologist and coach allow me to support clients as they reconnect with purpose, move through uncertainty, and create lives that feel truly aligned with their values.

My practice is grounded in an integrative, whole-person approach. While certain coping strategies learned earlier in life, helped us getting to where we are right now, they might also be keeping us stuck. I hold space for these kind of insights to emerge, so we can address both the surface challenges and the roots beneath them.

The focus of our sessions will be on creating a safe space for gaining clarity, identifying automatic patterns, ways of relating to others, setting goals and finding together paths to achieve these. Whether you are grieving, dealing with anxiety, stress, burnout, an eating disorder, body dissatisfaction or wanting to make a life change and feel stuck, I’m here to help you grow with confidence and step into a more empowered version of yourself.

Wherever you are at in your life, I’ll walk alongside you, with structure, presence, and care.
