Bio
I would summarise my approach to executive coaching as collaborative, calm , approachable and that helps you to identify your goals. I view individuals as resourceful and through a process of exploration and reflection we can have a greater awareness of ourselves, a deeper understanding of the issues we are dealing with and find solutions to reach your goal. I have extensive knowledge and experience with in the NHS at a senior level . I established one of the first primary mental health services in country for children and young people and help develop many others. I have worked as a senior lecturer and continue to guest lecture on leadership and development programmes and offer coaching and facilitate action learning sets for leaders. I have held a national parenting advisor role working across the UK. I am chair and director of the primary mental health association. I have an interest in life long learning and in developing others, i qualified as an ILM Level 7 executive coach and mentor over 10 years ago gaining over 700 hours of coaching practice and have established my own business working both as an associate and independently. I am currently studying with the International Centre for Coaching Supervision to become coaching supervisor.

Experience
Most of my career has been in the field of mental heath , i am a registered mental health nurse and worked both in clinical practice,leadership and management in particular in the field of child and adolescent mental heath services .I have always had an interest in learning and development working as a senior lecturer in higher education. I became a coach having received coaching myself and about 10 years ago i completed my ILM level 7 certification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring .As a qualified Executive Coach I bring a strategic and evidence-based approach to leadership development and organizational change.
This has deepened my expertise in executive coaching, enabling me to support senior leaders and professionals in navigating complexity, personal development , and leading with impact. My coaching practice is grounded in reflective practice and an open mindset ,ensuring positive outcomes for both individuals and organizations.
I have also experience of life and career coaching Helping people who are dealing with stress and burnout, or think about their next career choice, weather it's going for the next promotion or thinking about a career move.
With a strong focus on aligning coaching interventions with personal and career goals, I also bring experience in delivering training and facilitation of action learning that fosters leadership development and organisational development.
I’m passionate about people developing their potential in challenging limiting beliefs, and helping people to perform confidently and authentically.My coaching experience has been with people working mainly within the NHS and public sector from executive level , leaders and managers. Whether it’s one-on-one coaching, leadership development or supporting your next career choice , my aim is to empower individuals to fulfill their potential.
