Bio

Are you seeking a compassionate space to navigate life's challenges? I'm David, offering over 25 years of experience in holistic therapy to support your journey towards healing and self-discovery. My work is rooted in presence, compassion, and depth — offering a grounded, heart-centered space for emotional healing, spiritual reconnection, and personal transformation.

I offer: Buddhist recovery for the mind; Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy; Mindfulness and Meditation Coaching; Somatic Therapy; Buddhist and Spiritual Counselling.

I hold Master’s degrees in both Mental Health and Applied Buddhist Studies, alongside a diploma in Counselling, degree in Naturopathy and multiple certifications in trauma recovery, mindfulness-based therapy, life-coaching, humanistic Buddhism, energy healing, and Qi Gong. My approach is integrative, weaving together Buddhist psychology, somatic therapy, spiritual insight, and evidence-based counselling.

Over the years, I’ve supported clients in ten countries across five continents — from prestigious wellness retreats like Six Senses, Aman, and Ananda in the Himalayas, to one-on-one therapy online. My clients have included CEOs, artists, therapists, survivors of childhood trauma, and seekers on a healing journey.
