Danny Buccilli
ICF PCC Coach · Voice Dialogue Facilitator · EQ Assessor · 7+ years, 2500+ hours across 4 continents · English, Italian, Spanish
Each of us carries many inner voices. Learning to listen to them changes the way we live and work.
Hi, I'm Danny. For over 7 years I have accompanied hundreds of people across 4 continents on coaching journeys toward deeper self-awareness and a more balanced, authentic way of living and working. More than 600 journeys and 2500+ coaching hours later, this work still amazes me every time.
Before dedicating myself fully to coaching, I spent over a decade in marketing and innovation roles at KraftHeinz, Ferrero, Reckitt Benckiser and Essity, living in 4 different countries. I know the pressure of corporate life from the inside, and how easy it is to lose yourself along the way. That experience is part of what I bring to every session: not theory, but a lived understanding of what my clients are going through.
Today I work with managers and teams, and just as often with people navigating personal transitions: a career change, a move to a new country, a moment when the old answers no longer fit. I also volunteer with students and start-ups, because I believe self-awareness should not be a privilege for the few.
What you will find in my coaching:
Emotional Intelligence, to read yourself and others with more clarity. I am a Six Seconds certified EQ Assessor, and I use validated assessments to explore how you experience emotions, relationships and decisions.
Voice Dialogue facilitation, to give space to the inner voices that hold your energy, creativity and confidence. We all have an inner critic, a pusher, a pleaser. Getting to know them changes how you choose.
A pragmatic, positive attitude shaped by my years in business. Awareness matters when it turns into real choices, in real life.
My credentials: ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), EMCC Senior Practitioner, Six Seconds certified EQ Assessor, certified Voice Dialogue facilitator. Alongside my coaching practice, I am completing a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology: a parallel path I have chosen to keep growing and to broaden the ways I can support people.
I work online with clients all over the world, in English, Italian and Spanish. I live in Madrid: Italian at heart, citizen of the world by choice.
My mission: to help you discover yourself as an inexhaustible engine of energy, and live and work in a way that feels truly yours.
If any of this resonates, book a first conversation. It costs nothing to meet, and it might be the beginning of something important.
My professional life has had two chapters, and I need both to do the work I do today.
The corporate years
For over a decade I worked in marketing and innovation at some of the world's largest consumer goods companies: KraftHeinz, Ferrero, Reckitt Benckiser and Essity. I led brands and innovation projects across international markets, managed teams and budgets, and lived and worked in 4 different countries.
Those years gave me more than business skills. They gave me a lived understanding of what it means to work under pressure: the ambiguity of big decisions, the weight of expectations, the constant push to deliver, and how easy it is to slowly drift away from what matters to you while doing everything right on paper. When a manager or a team tells me about their reality today, I don't just understand it intellectually. I have been there.
The move to coaching
At a certain point I realised that the part of my job I loved most was not the strategy or the launches. It was the conversations: helping colleagues find clarity, watching people reconnect with their own resources. So I trained as a coach, and step by step turned that passion into my profession.
My coaching practice today
For over 7 years I have worked as a professional coach and facilitator, accompanying hundreds of people across 4 continents in more than 600 coaching journeys, for a total of over 2500 coaching hours. I work with three main groups: managers and executives who want to lead with more awareness and less reactivity, teams that want to communicate and collaborate better, and people navigating personal transitions such as a career change, a relocation or a new phase of life.
Beyond one-to-one coaching, I design and co-lead ICF-accredited training programmes (CCE) and facilitate experiential group learning, in person and online. I also train facilitators in Voice Dialogue, the method I use to help people meet and listen to their inner voices, from the inner critic to the relentless pusher.
Part of my time goes to volunteering with students and start-ups, because I believe self-awareness should not be a privilege of the few, and that meeting it early changes how people live and lead.
Credentials and training
I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and an EMCC Senior Practitioner. I am a Six Seconds certified EQ Assessor, which allows me to use validated Emotional Intelligence assessments in my coaching, and a trained Voice Dialogue facilitator. Alongside my practice, I am completing a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology: a parallel path I have chosen to keep growing and to broaden the ways I can support people.
How I work
I coach in English, Italian and Spanish, online with clients all over the world and in person when geography allows. I am based in Madrid, Italian at heart and a citizen of the world by choice. Whatever brings you to coaching, my approach is the same: warm, pragmatic and grounded in the belief that you already have far more resources than you currently see.
Coaching credentials
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, the most widely recognised credential in the profession, backed by more than 2500 documented coaching hours. I am also an EMCC accredited Senior Practitioner (EIA), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council's advanced level of accreditation. Holding credentials from both major international bodies means my practice is regularly assessed against rigorous standards of competence and ethics, and that I commit to continuous supervision and professional development.
Emotional Intelligence
I am a Six Seconds certified EQ Assessor. Six Seconds is the largest global network dedicated to Emotional Intelligence, and this certification allows me to use their scientifically validated assessments in my work. In practice, it means we can go beyond intuition: we measure how you experience emotions, relationships and decisions, and use that map as a concrete starting point for your development.
Voice Dialogue
I am a trained Voice Dialogue facilitator, and this method is central to my own development, personal and professional. One honest note: by the explicit choice of its founders, Hal and Sidra Stone, there is no official certification in the Voice Dialogue world. It is a body of knowledge deliberately left free, at the service of people. What I can offer instead is years of dedicated training and practice, ongoing work with experienced trainers, and the fact that today I train other facilitators myself: together with Marzia Iori, ICF Master Certified Coach and Voice Dialogue trainer, I design and lead introductory and facilitator training courses in the method.
Training and facilitation
Beyond my own credentials, I create learning experiences for others. I design and co-lead training programmes accredited by the ICF for Continuing Coach Education (CCE), which means they meet the ICF's quality standards and grant official credits to participating coaches. I also facilitate experiential group learning for teams and organisations, in person and online.
Academic path
Alongside my coaching practice, I am completing a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. This is a parallel path I have chosen to keep growing and to broaden the ways I can support people, and it reflects a conviction of mine: those who accompany others in their development should never stop developing themselves.
Business background
Before coaching, I built a corporate career of over a decade in marketing and innovation at KraftHeinz, Ferrero, Reckitt Benckiser and Essity, in managerial roles across 4 countries. It is not a certificate on a wall, but it is a qualification of its own: I understand the world my clients work in because I come from it.
I work in English, Italian and Spanish, from Madrid and online worldwide.
