I would initially suggest a set of twelve sessions to allow my clients the necessary time and space to work on the goals they want to achieve. I am happy to offer more sessions after we work together on your Care Plan and your next expectations on therapy.

You will be able to follow coaches and therapists which will mean clients can bookmark your profile. It will also mean that when you post articles or content those clients that are following will be notified via email (cool right).
