Bio

I am a fully accredited executive coach (ICF ACC) and Director of Training for a national organisation supporting Early Career Teachers. With over 16 years in the education sector, I began as a secondary school art teacher and progressed through Middle and Senior Leadership roles. Along the way, I have developed deep expertise in leadership, strategic planning, staff development, recruitment, and retention.

Coaching is at the heart of how I work with leaders. I take a creative, tailored approach that helps middle and senior leaders navigate complex challenges - whether that’s managing competing priorities, engaging stakeholders, enhancing leadership skills, or finding a healthier work-life balance. I provide a safe, supportive space to reflect, gain clarity, and make decisions that are aligned with your values and goals.

I have personally experienced the transformative power of coaching, both professionally and personally, and continue to engage in regular coaching myself. Being a mother of two has strengthened my leadership abilities, deepened my empathy, and reinforced my belief that meaningful growth comes from understanding yourself, your goals, and the unique challenges you face.

I am fully insured, adhere to GDPR and ICF ethics and core competencies, and regularly engage in mentor and supervision coaching. I bring a blend of practical leadership experience, professional credibility, and genuine curiosity to every client, helping you unlock your potential and create meaningful change in both your professional and personal life.

Experience

I have been coaching for over four years, with more than 200 hours delivered to date, supporting leaders across sectors to navigate complex challenges and achieve meaningful outcomes. I take a creative and tailored approach, using imagery, techniques, and perspective-shifting exercises to help clients unlock new options and solutions. My work isn’t about quick fixes - it’s about fostering sustainable change by exploring habits, attitudes, and mindsets, so leaders can make confident, lasting decisions. As a mum of two and a full-time professional, I know what the real-life juggle feels like, and I bring this understanding alongside my background in teaching, leadership, and training. I combine practical insight with curiosity, creativity, and empathy to create a reflective, safe space where clients can gain clarity, strengthen self-awareness, and develop strategies that truly work in real life.
