Aimee WoodleyCertified Coach
I’m an executive and leadership coach, working primarily with senior professionals, leaders and founders who are navigating complexity, change or transition in their work and lives.
My background spans over two decades in senior roles within creative communications and consultancy environments, where I worked closely with boards, leadership teams and clients on strategy, growth and decision-making. That experience deeply shapes my coaching style — practical, commercially aware and grounded in real organisational life.
I work as a thinking partner rather than a problem-solver, creating space for reflection, challenge and insight. My coaching supports clients to slow down their thinking, make sense of what’s really going on beneath the surface, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and intention.
I’m particularly drawn to working with people who are successful on paper but feeling stretched, stuck or at a crossroads — often holding significant responsibility while questioning what comes next.
My approach is non-directive, relational and psychologically informed, and always rooted in trust, confidentiality and professional ethics. I work with clients globally, offering one-to-one coaching in a calm, thoughtful and supportive environment.
I bring over 20 years’ experience working at senior level within creative communications and consultancy, including extensive client-facing leadership, strategic advisory work and responsibility for complex, high-value engagements.
Alongside my corporate career, I have trained and practised as a professional coach, supporting individuals and leaders through periods of growth, uncertainty and transition. My experience working inside organisations gives me a strong understanding of the realities of leadership — competing demands, decision fatigue, stakeholder complexity and the pressure to perform while staying aligned to personal values.
As a coach, I work with clients across sectors and geographies, offering a reflective, thoughtful space to explore challenges, test thinking and develop new perspectives. I am comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity, and my clients value my ability to listen deeply, notice what is unsaid, and ask questions that shift how they see themselves and their situations.
I work independently and remotely, offering one-to-one coaching to professionals seeking clarity, confidence and sustainable ways of working and leading.
I am a professionally trained and accredited coach, working in line with recognised coaching standards and ethical guidelines.
I completed my coach training with Animas Centre for Coaching and hold EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation. I engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development to support reflective, ethical and effective practice.
I work as an independent practitioner and hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
