Bio

I am a Coaching Psychologist with 25 years of experience in developing leaders across both the public and private sectors. I have specialised in the design and delivery of Leadership development, organisational change and coaching programmes. Combining knowledge of business and psychology enables me to use a wide variety of tools and approaches to help leaders gain clarity, perspective, time and a way forwards. I am particularly interested in transition, wellbeing and behavioural change and working with major life adjustments. .

I am also a woman who has experienced pregnancy & pregnancy loss, maternity leave, perimenopause, blended family dynamics, children with neurodiversity, an autoimmune based disability and working to balance motherhood and fulfilling work. These life experiences continue to lead me through a journey that has taught me how to better understand my own needs, identity and how to approach life with kindness and compassion to myself and others as I work within a finite amount of energy.

I have recently taken my first foray into the world of academic research, studying in detail the experience of coaching around career for a mid-career woman experiencing medical fatigue. She was able to move into an understanding of her needs and constraints, while also focusing on what she was passionate about, leading into success in more senior roles while balancing work and wider life.

This included 1:1 coaching, team building, change consultancy, coaching and development programmes, dependent upon the need.
